Job Description

- Responsibilities
- 強化繊維の最適ブレンド・最適構成・マトリクス樹脂による熱硬化技術を駆使して、要求される熱的・物理的応答を示すように、機能性耐熱材料を最適に設計・施工する高度な超軽量・低損耗熱防御システムを、導的な立場で推進し、自らも手を動かしながら、開発していただきます。
高強度軽量 CFRP パネルの製造技術を高度化するとともに、次世代の超軽量・低損耗アブレータの開発を材料開発チームとともに進めていただきます。

- Requirements
- ・繊維強化プラスチック（FRP; Fiber Reinforced Plastics）の研究開発経験、自ら材料試作を行える方
・繊維強化プラスチックの製造プロセスに精通している方
・熱伝導、熱力学、材料科学、有機化学に関する深い知識

- Preferred
- ・アブレータ―等の熱防護システム（TPS; Thermal Protection System）の開発経験
・再突入機、人工衛星、ロケット等の宇宙機の開発経験
・材料・化学分野での博士号
・スタートアップでの研究開発経験
