You will be responsible for leading and strategically driving internal information security and physical security and information systems. You will contribute to business growth by protecting information assets and optimizing IT infrastructure in a rapidly changing business environment.

Job Description

  • Responsibilities
    ■ Information Security Related
    -Development and execution of business information security strategy
    -Development, maintenance and improvement of information security policy
    -Implementation of risk assessment and planning of countermeasures
    -Response to security incidents and development of measures to prevent recurrence
    -Operation and improvement of SMS (information security management system)
    Promote security education and awareness activities for employees
    -Research and study the latest security threats and technology trends for implementation

    ■ Information system related operations
    -Development and execution of information system strategy
    -Planning, design, construction, operation and management of IT infrastructure (network, server, cloud, etc.)
    -Implementation, operation, maintenance and improvement of core systems and business systems
    -IT asset management and license management
    -Construction and operation improvement of internal help desk system
    -T Negotiation with vendors, partnership building
    -Management of information system department (including budget management and personnel training)

    ■ Physical security related
    -Management and operation of loaned IT equipment (including laptops, monitors, etc.) (including inventory operations, etc.)
    -Development, operation and management of monitoring system
  • Requirements
    Logical thinking, problem solving and communication skills and experience in one or more of the following:
    - 5+ years of hands-on experience in information security and information systems
    - In-depth knowledge and practical experience in information security (knowledge and operational experience with ISMS, ISO27001, etc. is a plus)
    - Extensive knowledge of networks, servers, databases, and cloud services
    - Project management experience
  • Preferred
    Experience as a CISO (Chief Information Security Officer) or in a similar position, overseeing information security for an entire organization
    - Experience in setting up an information systems department or in a major system renewal project
    - Information Security Management System (ISMS) or specific security certifications (CISSP, CISM, etc.) or IT-related certifications (PMP, ITIL, etc.) - Experience in leading IT projects in the area of security CISSP, CISM, etc.) or IT-related certifications (PMP, ITIL, etc.)
    ・Experience in leading IT projects in the security domain
    ・Experience in leading internal projects or committees as a responsible person
    ・English proficiency at business level
