A logistics startup that provides outdoor automated transport services for closed environments such as factories and logistics warehouses that have achieved Level 4 automated driving. Established through joint investment by a major manufacturer of automobiles and mobility equipment and an automated driving software developer, the company will begin mass production of automated EVs in 2022, and has already begun providing services to customers in Japan at more than 40 locations.
Furthermore, the RaaS-type service, which packages installation support service, operation management system, maintenance service, and insurance, realizes an automated transportation service that can be applied to complex outdoor environments by converting a small EV based on a golf car and an automated driving system that is basically designed for public roads. This is a company with great momentum that is expanding its organizational structure to expand and operate the service in hundreds of locations nationwide in the future.
You will be in charge of customer support for the automatic transfer service. You will be part of a team that aims to provide a good customer experience by quickly resolving customer issues and providing optimal solutions, with the goal of improving customer satisfaction and building long-term relationships with customers who use the service.

- Responsibilities
- ・Customer installation work for automated conveyance services
・Response to various customer requests and technical inquiries
・Various measures to improve customer satisfaction (issue hearings, regular follow-ups, etc.)
・Issue resolution proposals to existing customers (proposals leading to operational improvement/issue resolution)
・Creation of additional installation projects through satisfaction improvement/issue resolution
・Customer Feedback collection and analysis
・Promoting projects to improve customer issues involving other departments, collaboration with technical teams (development, manufacturing, quality control)

- Requirements
- -Experience in presales, solution architects, sales engineers, technical support, customer success, etc. for BtoB business (3+ years)
-Listening skills to elicit customer needs
-Experience in project management

- Experience in technical negotiation and requirement definition with customers
- Ability to coordinate and negotiate with internal and external parties
- Knowledge and work experience in the automated driving field
- Knowledge and work experience in FA equipment, material handling equipment, industrial robots and control systems
- Knowledge of basic electrical, mechanical and control technology, IT and systems
