Job Description

  • Responsibilities

    Manage requirements documentation in tools such as DOORS and DOORS Next Generation (DNG), including data maintenance, baselining, and traceability and traceability linking.
    Distribute customer requirements to relevant stakeholders (e.g., Functional Owners, Project Managers) for analysis and derivation of system requirements.
    Coordinate the exchange of official evaluation results and maintain requirements traceability throughout the project lifecycle.
    Monitor, measure, and report process performance based on defined KPIs to drive continuous improvement.
    Support change management processes by facilitating Change Requests according to established procedures, requesting technical analysis from engineering teams, and verifying quotations from a requirements perspective.
    Track and report completeness of requirements analysis, linking, and overall process status to management and stakeholders.
    Ensure compliance with configuration management rules, baselining, and industry standards such as Automotive SPICE®.
  • Requirements
    Expert knowledge of requirements management and lifecycle processes.
    Strong familiarity with embedded software and systems, and RFI/RFQ processes.
    Proficiency with Requirements Management tools such as DOORS and DOORS Next Generation, including exchange mechanisms.
    Understanding of configuration management and baselining practices.
    Knowledge of process models and standards such as Automotive SPICE®.
    Good understanding of SW and HW architectures including Mobile Wireless Technologies (DSPs, ARM, Memories, Multicore processing, WiFi, 5G, LTE, CDMA, Bluetooth), Infotainment, and Car Audio technologies. Bluetooth), Infotainment, and Car Audio technologies.
