In order to achieve advanced customer and market analysis in the marketing/digital marketing domain, you will be engaged in developing data utilization and collection strategies to maximize value across businesses, customer contact points, and geographies, and in building and deploying generic and effective utilization methods and collection processes based on the strategies.
Job Description

- Responsibilities
- Develop and build analytical techniques for classifying and understanding customers based on their conditions and values
・Conduct data corroboration and validation based on hypotheses and knowledge from each business unit
・Lead a series of processes from hypothesis building to analytical design to business implementation in collaboration with project managers and in-house data scientists Lead a series of processes from hypothesis building to analysis design to business implementation
・Build classification and forecasting models using statistics and data analysis techniques to capture customer conditions, characteristics, purchase probabilities, etc.
・Process and visualize large-scale data and derive meaningful insights using clustering, dimension compression, and other techniques
・Identify business issues, build hypothesis and design analysis according to objectives

・Generic analysis tools: Python (pandas, scikit-learn), Dataiku, MS Excel
・Web・Application analysis tools: Google Analytics, Sprinklr
・Information sharing tools: Microsoft Teams

- Requirements
- -Relatively advanced data analysis skills
-Problem solving skills (scope design, goal and issue setting)

-Communication and collaboration skills to work with diverse stakeholders
