Job Description

  • Responsibilities
    Planning: Planning and formulation of overall strategy for experienced/new graduate recruitment activities
    ・Recruiting: Identification of organizational issues and human resource needs in the field/consulting and creation of appropriate job requirements based on the market
    ・Sourcing: Utilizing multiple channels such as direct recruiting, referrals, events, and agents, Sourcing: Create a point of contact with the candidate experience
    ・Progress management: Nurturing activities including casual interviews, screening and other candidate support, and visualization and improvement of recruitment progress
    ・Events: Planning and management of recruitment events such as information sessions and collaborative events with other companies
    ・Recruitment branding: SNS operation, engineering event planning, Recruitment branding: SNS operation, engineering event planning, recruitment content design, etc.
    ・RPO / external partner collaboration: From strategy design to operation. Optimization of in-house and external production
    ・Recruitment related data analysis and improvement proposals: Effective PDCA execution based on CVR (application to selection) per hire by channel, fill rate for each job, average lead time, Hire Quality indicators (retention, selection evaluation, post-employment evaluation, etc.), etc.
  • Requirements
    In-house overall design/operational experience in hiring experienced professionals (from planning to execution)
    Experience in verbalizing hiring/outcome requirements for positions based on on-site interviews and clarifying the target talent image
    Experience in utilizing multiple recruitment channels (direct/agent/event, etc.) and improving operations
    Software Experience recruiting engineers and AI/machine learning engineers
