You will be responsible for reviewing, analyzing, and proposing EPAs for imports and exports with all applicable factories in Japan to confirm them, manage KPI, and communicate smoothly with overseas offices.

Job Description

  • Responsibilities
    Management of parts/finished products subject to EPA
    ・Assist in determining (determining) HS codes (statistical item numbers)
    ・Check BOM's parts unit price composition (including confirmation of parts origin by suppliers)
    ・Check/confirm production processes with origin standards
    ・Participate in workshops and global meetings
    ・Prepare other meeting materials, etc.
  • Requirements
    ・Analysis and tabulation skills in Excel (2+ years approx.)
    ・Experience in design, production management, international sales (2+ years approx.)
    ・Business level English skills (TOEIC 800 points, work experience)
  • Preferred
    -Experience working with overseas offices
    -Experience in export related work
    -Experience studying abroad
    -Experience creating work standards, ability to do basic work such as Excel, PPT, etc.

    -A person who can boldly challenge new genres, curious, willing to learn and grow
    -Patience in dealing with overseas and other situations, People with good communication skills, persuasive ability, and the ability to work independently overseas.
