You will be responsible for the electrical (electric) design of designs related to the development of motors for electric powertrains such as eAxel for xEVs.
You will communicate directly with automakers to propose specifications that satisfy their requirements and develop products to achieve those specifications.
Job Description

- Responsibilities
- Design compact and highly efficient motors by making full use of electromagnetic field analysis based on motor requirement specifications presented from both inside and outside the company
- Explain the design to both inside and outside the company and optimize the design based on feedback
- Create and draft models for analysis using 3D/2D CAD
- Prepare documents such as forms and reports, etc.

- Requirements
- Those who have taken courses in electrical, electronics, physics, and mathematics at technical colleges, universities, graduate schools, etc.
・Who have experience in electrical design and development at companies (regardless of years of experience)
*Even those with limited work experience, who have acquired basic knowledge of science and engineering such as electricity, physics, and mathematics as a student and are motivated to work in electrical design. We welcome those who are willing to work in the electrical design field.

- Preferred
- Experience in design and evaluation of rotating machines (electric motors, generators, transformers, etc.)
・Experience in development, prototyping, and start-up of mass production products for automotive
・English proficiency (TOEIC score of 500, with no difficulty in reading documents and responding to emails in English)
