Job Description

  • Responsibilities
    Planning and execution of manufacturing verification using digital tools including CAE
    (Planning, proposal and execution of verification that leads to the maturation of drawings and mass production specifications by utilizing structural analysis/tolerance analysis/data analysis)
    ■Development tools
    ・CAD/CAE: CATIA V5 V6, ANSA, NASTRAN, LS-DYNA, 3DCS ・Data analysis: CATIA V5 V6, ANSA, NASTRAN, LS-DYNA, 3DCS ・Data analysis: ANSA, NASTRAN, LS-DYNA, 3DCS (Planning, proposal, and execution of verification that leads to the maturation of drawings and mass production specifications using structural analysis, tolerance analysis, and data analysis)

    ■Development tools
    ・CAD/CAE: CATIA V5 V6, ANSA, NASTRAN, LS-DYNA,3DCS
    ・Data analysis: PolyWorks, YDC-SONER, Python
    ・Measuring equipment: 3D shape measuring machines, various sensors
  • Requirements
    Experience in design work using CAD in the manufacturing industry
    ・3 years or more of data analysis and verification work using CAE analysis, etc.
  • Preferred
    -Working experience in mobility related industries
    -Working experience in structural analysis and other simulation technologies
    -Programming skills (e.g. Python) Interest in machine learning and statistical analysis
