Job Description

  • Responsibilities
    ■ Operation, maintenance, and user support of business systems
    - Operation, maintenance, and modification of business systems used by corporate departments such as accounting, human resources, and legal
    - Investigation of causes and primary response to failures
    - Configuration management and authority management of iPaaS and PaaS (Workato, Google Cloud, etc.) that constitute business systems, Support for system use departments, maintenance of user guides


    Linkage between systems, business improvement, and data utilization
    ・Data linkage between business division systems such as Salesforce and corporate systems and operational support
    ・Planning and execution of system modification and operational improvement based on requests from on-site divisions
    ・Data utilization through master data management and maintenance of operational rules ・Improvement measures for automation and efficiency of routine operations Promotion
    ・Improvement measures to automate and streamline routine operations

    Google Workspace, Microsoft Entra ID, Slack, Confluence, Jira
    GCP (BigQuery, Cloud SQL, Cloud Storage, IAM , Gemini API, etc.)

    Claude Code, Terraform, GitHub, Datadog
  • Requirements
    Experience in operating and managing business systems using SaaS and cloud services
    - Experience in improving business efficiency through system modification and improvement
    - Experience in data extraction and simple analysis using SQL and scripts
    - Experience in coordinating requirements across departments and promoting problem solving
  • Preferred
    Experience using and operating business systems and BI tools such as Salesforce, Tableau, Looker, etc.
    - Experience with authority management and SaaS integration management
    - Experience with operational automation (scripting, Zapier, PowerAutomate and other tools)
    - Experience reading technical documents in English
