You will plan and promote quality maturation methods in the area of chassis/advanced safety technology (ADAS) in new models and technologies, and analyze the causes of quality problems and implement countermeasures at the mass production stage and in the market.

Job Description

  • Responsibilities
    Verify and propose specification improvements to achieve quality targets for new structures/technologies to be incorporated in new models, and reflect manufacturing requirements in specifications
    ・Conduct drawing verification/operator verification and driving tests to confirm quality
    ・Resolve mass production/market quality issues early
    ・Analysis of quality issues that arise in the manufacturing process and propose source improvement to the design/development department ・Analysis of quality issues that arise in the manufacturing process and propose source improvement to the design/development department ・Implementation of quality improvement proposals in specifications and manufacturing Analyze quality issues that arise in the manufacturing process and propose improvements to the design and development divisions at the source

  • Requirements
    Experience in development, design, and quality in the automotive industry.
  • Preferred
    Knowledge of and experience analyzing CAN and other in-vehicle communications and controls:
    - Knowledge and skills in advanced technology areas (ADAS, sonar, etc.) and chassis areas (suspension, braking systems, steering systems):
