Job Description

  • Responsibilities
    Design and improve operations for handling email and telephone inquiries
    - Design and improve operations for handling email and telephone inquiries
    - Handle escalation of technical inquiries from customers and coordinate with engineers
    - Plan and promote business process improvements and new mechanisms
    - Manage team members Management and training of team members
  • Requirements
    Experience in customer support or helpdesk
    - Experience in team management or supervision
    - Experience in designing and improving call handling operations
    - Experience in planning and implementing business improvements and new systems
    - Smooth communication skills with internal and external stakeholders, including engineers
  • Preferred
    Support and operations experience with hardware products
    - Experience in the technical support area
    - Experience in a hub function in a fast-growing or diverse organization
