- Responsibilities
- Manage and enhance sales operations processes, ensuring efficiency and transparency across functions.
Serve as a key partner to the Japan Sales organization, providing operational insights and data-based recommendations.
Lead day-to-day support for sales operations, analytics, and transformation initiatives.
Drive and coordinate cross-functional improvement and change management projects.
Define, implement, and maintain best practice standards across customer and product teams.
Analyze existing processes, identify opportunities for standardization, and drive implementation.
Collaborate with global stakeholders to align on process design, reporting, and data analytics needs.
Balance workloads, prioritize tasks, and ensure effective team coordination.
Support HR-related activities, including hiring, performance management, and team development.
Act as the change leader for Country Group Japan, ensuring adoption of new systems and practices.

- Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
Minimum 7+ years of experience in sales operations, program management, or account management within an international organization.
Proven track record in managing transformation or process improvement
Strong understanding of sales processes and commercial operations.
Excellent cross-functional collaboration and problem-solving skills. Proven ability to manage change and communicate effectively with both local and global stakeholders.
Fluency in English and Japanese (written and spoken).
