Job Description

  • Responsibilities
    Strategy planning
    - Develop annual strategy based on each sales department's situation, requests, budget, etc.
    - Define KPI items and determine target values
    - Incorporate into activity plans based on annual strategy and align with each person in charge

    Budget and process management
    - Develop annual marketing budget based on annual activity plan
    - Manage budget progress and adjust activity plan and departmental allocations as needed
    - Ensure compliance with purchasing process

    Planning and execution management

  • Requirements
    - Minimum of 5 years of experience in the marketing field preferred

    - Broad knowledge of the automotive business

    - Strong communication skills internally, with stakeholders, and with vendor relations
    - Ability to make quick decisions and solve problems based on current situation analysis
    - Literate level of English proficiency
