Job Description

  • Responsibilities
    Develop sales promotion plan
    - Based on the annual plan developed by the department, develop specific quarterly, monthly, and weekly activity plans and activity budgets
    - Obtain manager approval for activity plans and activity budgets
    - Based on the draft activity plans, explain to the sales department Explanation, coordination, and reflection of requests
    - Establishment of KPI target figures

    Promotion of sales promotion activities
    - Production and ordering arrangement of sales promotion tools, direct mail, flyers, etc. for trade shows and events
    - Planning and implementation of unified events and own fairs, production and arrangement of necessary sales promotion materials
    - Planning of showrooms and off-site events
    - Planning, creative production and media ordering for online advertising
    - Planning and ordering for mass media exposure such as OOH, radio and TV
    - Planning and production arrangement for novelties
    - Negotiation and coordination with vendors for all of the above

    Purchasing Process Operations
    - Collect quotes from vendors, apply for purchase orders in the system, prepare and submit necessary documents to the purchasing and accounting departments
    - Collect invoices and process payments
    - Manage progress of order application items and purchase orders prior to plan implementation Ensure issuance of

    Reporting tasks
    - Internal reporting on results of each event, etc.
    - Monthly review and internal sharing of KPI results
  • Requirements
    - Work experience in the marketing field
    - Extensive knowledge of all aspects of marketing, including digital
    - General knowledge of automotive
    - Strong communication skills with internal and external stakeholders and vendors Communication skills
    - Analytical, planning and proposal skills
    - Basic business skills (e.g., PC operation)
    - Basic level of English proficiency
