Job Description

  • Responsibilities
    Contribute to the achievement of strategic goals of the international sales department
    - Provide general support for orders, including production orders and sales forecasts from local offices or international distributors
    - Follow up on new car payments to ensure on-time shipments
    - Provide general support for knockdown operations
    - Develop own market and growth strategies considering the growing importance of eCanter and Independently develop market and growth strategies, taking into account the growing importance of eCanter and its potential to expand value offerings across the value chain
    ▪ Ensure effective market management through continuous tracking of target achievement with defined KPIs and regular business reviews with local markets
    ▪ Promote active sharing of best practices and know-how across markets Generating new ideas by promoting proactive sharing of best practices and know-how across markets
    ▪ Cross-functional collaboration with local offices, other departments, or sales controllers

    Contribute to the achievement of the international sales department's strategic targets.
    Assist markets and regional offices with order input into the sales system.

    Overall support for Knockdown (KD) operations.
    Independent conception of market and growth strategies, taking into account the increasing importance of the eCanter and a possible expansion of the offering across the entire value chain
    Continuous tracking of target achievement using defined KPIs and ensuring effective market management through regular business reviews with the regional markets regional markets
    Active promotion of best practice and know-how exchange between the markets to generate new ideas

  • Requirements
    A completed degree in Economics/Business Administration, Industrial Engineering
    -Understanding of strategic sales topics
    -Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint)
    -Ability to work systematically, analytically and independently
    -Cross-cultural competence and excellent teamwork skills
    -Language skills (both Japanese and English)
