You will deliver high-quality calibration and repair services for a wide range of test and measurement equipment, both in-house and at customer sites. Acting as a key technical liaison, you'll manage service tasks from initial request through completion, ensuring accurate tracking and timely delivery. - Responsibilities
- - Perform calibration and repair services on a variety of test and measurement equipment both in-house and on-site.
- Manage service tasks in the system, track progress, and ensure timely completion.
- Respond to customer technical inquiries and provide updates on ongoing service orders.
- Communicate effectively with customers via phone or email and support sales teams with technical expertise.
- Coordinate with outsourcing partners to manage engineering items, delivery schedules, and cost estimates.
- Prioritize service jobs to meet sales targets and maintain daily management of all service activities.

- - 1 year of experience in Test and Measurement technical services
- Ability to operate with accuracy in a fast-paced environment
