Job Description

  • Responsibilities
    Main Duties/Job ResponsibilityRecall
    Management (MLIT Compatible)
    Coordinate all recall-related operations in accordance with the regulations of MLIT (Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism).
    Fact-Checking
    : Investigate reported issues and verify facts through internal data and supplier feedback.
    Maintain detailed records of the verification process to respond to audits.
    Recall report and audit follow-up Prepare
    and submit a recall report to the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism.
    Manage audit responses and implement corrective measures based on the points pointed out.
    Track and monitor compliance status and ensure that all audit items are completed.
    Warranty Response
    Managing the Warranty Process
    Managing Warranty Costs
    Updating and disseminating the warranty manual
    Conduct
    assurance audits within the network that
    follow trends in warranty costs and alert organizations if necessary--------------------------------------------------------------
    Recall Management towards MLIT
    Coordinate all recall-related activities in compliance with MLIT regulations.
    Fact Verification:
    Investigate reported issues and validate facts through internal data and supplier feedback.
    Maintain detailed records of verification processes for audit purposes.
    Recall Reporting and Audit Follow-up
    Prepare and submit recall reports to regulatory authorities.
    Manage audit responses and implement corrective actions based on findings.
    Track and monitor compliance status to ensure closure of all audit points.
    Warranty Handling
    Overseeing warranty process
    Controlling warranty costs
    Update and communicate the warranty manual
    Follow up on trends in warranty cost and alert the organization if needed
    Performance of warranty audits within the network
  • Requirements
    Required Qualifications -
    Experience in the automotive industry
