You will lead a team of career/recruiting advisors in the new business of recruiting services.

Job Description

  • Responsibilities
    ■ Double-sided career advisor work
    - Candidate interviews
    - Job development, client management for existing companies
    - PR resume creation support
    - Selection support (company introduction, application support), etc.
    ■ Management work
    - New recruitment
    - Development and operation of onboarding / training programs
    - Budget management / KPI management, etc.
    ■ Planning work
    - Propose improvements to marketing methods based on user insights
    ・Participate in projects such as functional development of job sites, among others
  • Requirements
    At least 2 years of experience in corporate or individual sales (regardless of industry)
  • Preferred
    Experience in launching HR related services (Placement / Temporary staffing / Spot work / RPO etc.)
    ・Experience in launching a sales team
    ・Experience in managing 3 or more people (regardless of industry or job title)
