Job Description

  • Responsibilities
    ・Promotion of execution of BPR for business improvement (project promotion staff and project leader)
    ・Improve, promote, and stabilize internal operations
    ・Build management system in the process of properly managing clients entrusted by clients and requesting work to mechanics
    ・PDCA for productivity improvement
  • Requirements
    Skill set that can organize, structure, and design measures to address issues based on catching up with on-site business practices.
    ・A person who has been engaged in BPR, BPO, DX, etc. for internal business improvement and has achieved results and achievements with a high sense of speed, even in a small scale.
  • Preferred
    Experience in leading multiple members and managing requirements definition, design, and construction
    ・Experience in projects in the automotive industry or high interest in it

    ・A person who is enthusiastic about organizing and verbalizing complex operations
