You will be in charge of creating new business models related to application development using AI and data, building IoV platforms, and providing virtual development environments, focusing on responding to SDV.
Job Description

- Responsibilities
- ・Planning, planning, and promotion
of new businesses in the SDV field (research on the market and competitive environment, consideration of targeting and positioning, internal development and education of business models in the IT service industry)
・Formulation and materialization of business strategies related to application software and AI platforms using AI and data (autonomous driving and other application areas)
・Planning and promotion
of overall architecture design based on AI-based business models and medium- to long-term perspectives (planning and promotion of the overall business architecture based on API design, data pipeline design, necessary tools, etc.) Platforms and software architectures are studied in collaboration with each expert)
・Design of monetization models for customers (OEMs, etc.) using AI platforms, consideration and materialization
of solution proposals using AI platforms and application software, establishment of alliances with other companies, and formulation and implementation
of business ecosystem formation through M&A considerations ・Organizational management in cross-functional teams, promotion
of organizational culture change (change management) to transform the business from HW to SW/PF business ・Collaboration, coordination, and negotiation with internal and external stakeholders

- Requirements
- ・Experience and achievements
in business development in the IT service industry or cloud business such as SaaS/PaaS, understanding and practical experience
of software-centered business models, experience
in launching new businesses or equivalent project leading, practical experience in alliance building and M&A, or experience
involved in strategy formulation ・Knowledge of cross-border business development (data, intellectual property, etc.)
・Coordination and negotiation skills with internal and external stakeholders

・Knowledge
of technology trends in the automotive industry (SDV, autonomous driving, IoV, etc.), experience in collaboration
with OEMs and Tier 1s, technical knowledge
of AI, autonomous driving, and cloud development environments・Experience
in startups and agile development environments■Qualifications
・Business-level English proficiency (approximate: TOEIC score of 700 or higher)
・Business communication skills
