This is a secretarial position to support the work of the Procurement Management Division Executive Officer, who is responsible for a wide range of tasks.
Job Description

- Responsibilities
- Provide operational support for officers enrolled in the Procurement Management Division (schedule coordination, securing meeting rooms, business trip application/reimbursement, etc.)
・Proactively communicate with related departments and members, and coordinate work content and schedules with related departments
・Office procedures such as securing meeting rooms and business trip application/reimbursement.
・Other support duties for executives.

- Requirements
- Please submit a resume and curriculum vitae in English at the time of application.
Native or native-level English and Japanese language skills are required.
The applicant must be able to read, write, write and speak at a business level with overseas members without any problems.
The candidate must have at least three years of experience in secretarial work, or possess Secretarial Skills Test Level 1, or have experience in executive-level customer service.
Microsoft Office skills (especially Excel, PowerPoint and PowerPoint). (especially Excel, PowerPoint, and Word)

- ・Ability to respond flexibly to requests for overtime and weekends, as timely responses to executives are required.

Experience working in the automotive industry.
Experience working in a procurement department.

A person who can communicate well with related people and work with respect.
The candidate must have the agility to respond flexibly and quickly to changes in the environment, and be able to work independently.
