Job Description

  • Responsibilities
    Propose improvements by utilizing and analyzing logistics data
    ・Promote improvement activities in collaboration with other functions such as procurement and sales
    ・Collaborate with other Region SCM managers and staff, and manage and support business progress
    ・Support upper management in preparing weekly and monthly reports to the General Manager and EVP, etc.
  • Requirements
    ・Experienced in domestic/international logistics operations (approx. 3 years or more)
    ・Experience in smooth communication with other departments such as sales and procurement
    ・Experience in implementing improvements in cooperation with suppliers (logistics)
    ・Business level English proficiency (TOEIC 600 points)

    (For manager positions)
    ・Multiple Experience in managing team members
    ・Business-level English proficiency (TOEIC score around 700)
  • Preferred
    Experience in negotiating with overseas stakeholders to improve overseas projects (including import/export projects)
    ・Experience in external affairs or production engineering
    ・Has a background in the logistics industry (logistics companies, logistics divisions of trading companies, etc.)
