Under the Director of the Management Group, he will lead the Company's information security, physical security, and information systems, and be responsible for strategic promotion.
Job Description

- Responsibilities
- ■Information Security
・Formulation and implementation of business information security strategies
・Formulating, maintaining, and improving information security policies
・Implementation of risk assessment and planning of countermeasures
・Responding to security incidents and formulating measures to prevent recurrence
・Operation and improvement of SMS (Information Security Management System)
・Promotion of security education and awareness-raising activities for employees
- Survey and consider the latest security threats and technology trends
■Information system-related work
・Formulation and implementation of information system strategies
・Planning, design, construction, operation and management of IT infrastructure (network, server, cloud, etc.)
・Introducing, operating, maintaining, and improving core systems and business systems
- IT asset management, license management
・Establishment and operational improvement of the internal help desk system
・Negotiations with T-vendors and partnership building
・Management of the Information Systems Department (including budget management and personnel development)
■Physical Security
・Management and operation of loaned IT equipment (including notebook PCs, monitors, etc.) (including inventory work, etc.)
・Formulation, operation, and management of monitoring systems

- Requirements
- ■Those who
have logical thinking, problem-solving skills, communication skills, and any of the following experiences, at least 5 years of practical experience
in the field of information security and information systems while doing hands-on, in-depth knowledge and practical experience in information security (knowledge and operational experience such as ISMS and ISO27001 are preferred)

and project management experience in databases and cloud services

information security across the organization as a CISO (Chief Information Security Officer) or equivalent ・Experience

as a person in charge of an IT project in the security field・Experience
