You will promote the strengthening of human capital management, the formulation of human resource strategies, and the creation of human resource portfolios to improve corporate value. I am responsible for implementing various measures in collaboration with HR members around the world.

Job Description

  • Responsibilities
    ■Creation
    of a foundation for strengthening human capital management, consideration and formulation
    of human resource management policies, formulation
    of human capital disclosure policies, formulation of roadmaps, consideration of direction of disclosure contents, reorganization
    of KPI contents, formulation
    of medium- to long-term human resources strategies ■Creation
    of human resources portfolios, definition of human resources portfolios to be grasped across the company, and creation of portfolio types
    ・Verification to improve data accuracy, pilot implementation
    of human resource portfolios, and formulation and execution of plans for company-wide deployment
  • Requirements
    ■Work experienceHuman
    resourcesDomainAt least 5 years, at least 2 years of experience in global human resources, strategy construction, and planning
    ■Qualifications
    : Business English (TOEIC600 points or higher),
    and a score of points or higher are emphasized to have no resistance to meetings and communication in English.
  • Preferred
    ・Experience in a global company (preferably a Japanese global company)
    ・Work experience
    related to human capital management ・Experience in human resource strategy formulation
    ・Experience in human resource portfolio formulation
    ・Knowledge in the HRIS field (SuccessFactors, Workday, etc.)
    ■Ability to value and take action on the desired
    persona, diverse human resources, and values
    ・You can
    set your own problems, consider their solutions, and act autonomously to solve them. ・You can
    take on challenges without fear of failure・You can proceed with work agilely with an emphasis on speed.
