You will be responsible for settlements in new business areas.
In addition to the stable operation of daily operations including dealer support, you will be proactively involved in the promotion of business improvement, digitalization, and automation.

Job Description

  • Responsibilities
    -Management of settlements operations including handling of dealer inquiries
    -Compliance check of contract documents for legal and internal rules
    -Requirement definition and user testing support for new product introduction and business process changes
    -Promotion of continuous improvement (Kaizen) activities
    -Training and coaching for team members
    -Internal control and Operational risk related work
    ・Data analysis and reporting using Tableau
    ・Considering the use of AI/automation, promotion of digitalization (dealer and customer experience improvement)

    Manage daily settlement process including call handling from dealerships.
    Make sure contract document fully complaint with regulatory and company rules.
    Drive operational excellence, define requirements in case of developing new products/process change conducting user test.
    Make continuous Kaizen activities in the area, support to drive initiatives proactively.
    Provide training and coaching to the team members.
    Perform the relevant tasks to internal control system and operational risk.
    Utilize Tableau for data driven business.
    Seek the possibility to use AI, automation in the area.
    Accelerate digital transformation to improve usability both in dealership and customer.
  • Requirements
    University degree or above
    ・Deep understanding of finance process having over three years' experience at finance company.
    ・Able to work shifts including weekends
    ・Advanced level of MS Office, mainly Excel, and data analysis skills
    ・Communication skills to work smoothly with dealers and other departments in the company

    ・Bachelor Degree
    ・Deep understanding of the finance process having over three years' experience at a finance company.
    Readiness to work on a shift basis including weekends.
    ・Advanced level in MS office, data analytic skill.
