An innovative space technology startup is seeking a Space Engineer to support mission analysis and requirements organization for satellite-related products and systems. This role is well suited for early-career engineers who want to apply hands-on experience gained through CubeSat, small satellite, or academic space projects to real-world product development.
The position focuses on understanding customer and mission requirements—primarily from Earth observation satellite operators—and translating them into technical inputs for product development. Responsibilities include supporting mission analysis, developing calculation and analysis functions, organizing system requirements, and contributing to technical reviews for projects commissioned by space agencies, working closely with senior engineers.

- Responsibilities
- Analyze customer and mission requirements and reflect them in satellite-related product development, including mission analysis tools and system-level calculation and simulation functions . Support the organization and management of requirements for satellite subsystems and space communications products.
Participate in mission reviews, technical analysis, and documentation for projects involving space agencies and institutional clients. Collaborate with senior engineers on system-level studies, trade-off analysis, and technical reporting, while coordinating smoothly with internal and external stakeholders.
Supervise grant and subsidy applications and post-award management, oversee export-related administrative operations and regulatory compliance, support internal security, quality, and certification initiatives, improve internal workflows and documentation, conduct first-level reviews of contracts and applications, and support organizational readiness for future IPO preparation.

- Requirements
- -Education background or experience related to CubeSat, Nanosat, or similar satellite development.
-Broad understanding of satellite systems, missions, and subsystems.
-Experience with software tools such as Python, C language, numerical analysis or similar.

- -Practical experience in orbit design or link budget calculations.
-Experience preparing technical reports or presentations.
-Experience with Git.
