By deeply understanding customers’ mobility development environments and technical pain points, you will clearly articulate how our technologies create value and drive transformation in their R&D processes.

Job Description

  • Responsibilities
    Provide technical expertise on measurement, calibration, and diagnostics solutions (INCA, INCA-FLOW, ETK, EATB, ASCMO, etc.)
    Analyze customer ECU development processes, test environments, and toolchains to design and propose optimal solution architectures
    Conduct technical presentations, product demonstrations, and workshops
    Lead technical responses to RFI/RFP and support PoC (Proof of Concept) activities
    Collaborate closely with sales to develop technical strategies and drive proposal activities
    Act as a trusted technical advisor to customers, supporting problem-solving across engineering and management stakeholders
    Provide customer and market feedback to global product development teams
    Work with global teams to introduce new products, updates, and best practices to the Japanese market
  • Requirements
    Technical knowledge and/or experience in at least one of the following:
    -Embedded software, mechatronics, electrical or electronics engineering
    -Measurement and calibration tools (hands-on experience or strong understanding)
    -ECU development processes, calibration, or diagnostics
    -In-vehicle networks (CAN, FlexRay, Ethernet)
    -MATLAB/Simulink (experience or conceptual understanding)
    Willingness to travel domestically
    English proficiency (TOEIC 500+; reading and writing required; speaking is a plus)
    Native-level Japanese or JLPT N1
  • Preferred
    3+ years of experience as a presales engineer, application engineer, or technical support engineer in automotive or embedded systems
    ECU software development or calibration experience
    HIL (Hardware-in-the-Loop) setup and operation experience
    Knowledge of ADAS, autonomous driving, or powertrain control
    Experience with automation using Python or other scripting languages
    Knowledge of automotive standards such as ASAM
    Intermediate English proficiency (TOEIC 600+)
