Job Description

  • Responsibilities
    Develop and execute strategies to expand business with key accounts
    Collaborate with product development business units to create and win new opportunities
    Contribute knowledge and expertise to support overall team business growth
    Coordinate internally to resolve quality issues and act as a customer contact point
    Handle price negotiations, delivery coordination, and quality issue communication with customers and distributors
  • Requirements
    Experience in sales engineering or account management roles
    Negotiation skills for pricing and delivery discussions
    Basic proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
    Ability to communicate in English (email and basic conversation)
    Native-level Japanese and business-level English
    Valid driver’s license
  • Preferred
    Proven success in the electronic components industry
    Strong communication skills for building internal and external relationships
    Experience working with overseas product development teams
