This position is responsible for the planning and operation of personnel systems and labor policies in the Japan region, and in particular, the development and operation of the reward and punishment system. Based on our global human resources strategy, we will promote system design and operational improvement suitable for the Japanese business environment, and contribute to strengthening labor compliance and improving the transparency and fairness of the system.
