As a long-established German company with roots in Japan and operating worldwide, it employs diverse employees, maintains a 1% turnover rate, and maintains a well-established work environment. In April 2024, a new research and development facility was completed, and we are working on further advanced technology development.
This position is responsible for manufacturing improvement, quality enhancement, productivity enhancement, and KPI management on the ABS/ESP mass production line. While leading the improvement team, you will also be involved in process enhancements, launching new products, and training young engineers.

- Responsibilities
- ABS/ESP production line improvement activities, problem solving, KPI enhancement,
SEQDC (Safety, Environment, Quality, Delivery Time, Cost) management and improvement
, manufacturing quality improvement, defect rate reduction, quality assurance response
, productivity improvement, cost reduction, process improvement
, new product launch, process change management
, training of young manufacturing technology engineers,
collaboration with overseas bases

- Requirements
- Engineering degrees
in fields such as mechanical, electrical, or industrial fields, team leader level management experience
, experience in problem-solving and improvement activities
, English communication skills
, PC/business software skills

- Preferred
- Practical experience
in manufacturing: knowledge of production planning, quality control, and safety management;
experience in production technology, equipment introduction,
maintenance; ISO9001 IATF16949 knowledge
; experience in production systems such as TPS.
