This position is responsible for hardware development of control units for powertrains for JOEM (ECU / VCU / VCCU).
You will be responsible for a wide range of tasks, from proposing hardware solutions based on customer requirements, to requirements analysis, circuit design, verification, and mass production launch.
In this position, you will collaborate with engineers at global bases in Japan, Germany, India, and other countries to promote the development of next-generation powertrain control systems.

Job Description

  • Responsibilities
    HW development
    of control units for JOEM powertrains, customer requirements analysis and HW requirements management
    , circuit design, design review, verification and validation, planning and promotion
    of validation and validation, technical support and problem-solving support
    for project teams, system validation and HW performance and durability evaluation
    using vehicles, mass production preparation support in collaboration with production plants
    Promotion of global projects with overseas bases (Germany, India, etc.)
  • Requirements
    Knowledge
    of electrical and electronic engineering, knowledge Japanese ability in
    electronic circuit design, N1 or above
    , English proficiency of TOEIC600 or higher
    , communication skills to collaborate smoothly with internal and external stakeholders
  • Preferred
    Experience in measurement and evaluation (oscilloscopes, ETAS tools, etc.),
    knowledge of
    reliability testing, manufacturing process and quality management
    knowledge of control units, project management experience (over 2 years),
