We are a technology company focused on researching and providing unmanned aerial systems for industrial applications and operational management platforms for low-altitude areas.
We have extensive implementation experience across diverse sites such as surveying, equipment inspection, and agricultural support, and our management technologies have been adopted for standard operations in multiple regions.
In recent years, we have expanded our business by establishing corporations overseas and conducting large-scale fundraising, and we have continued to participate in public-private projects. Aiming to create a new low-altitude mobility industry that integrates hardware, software, and operational integration platforms, we are promoting the construction of a global platform.
This position is recruited for next-generation leader candidates expected to grow as future business managers and executives. The initial assignment is intended for overseas sales, and in the new business area of industrial drones, you will work on overseas market development, partner acquisition, business planning, marketing, and other tasks. After joining, you will tackle key issues such as sales and planning for the first two to three years, and depending on your achievements and preferences, you will be able to step up into broader fields such as business development, organizational management, and overseas subsidiary operations. This position is suitable for young professionals who are eager to build businesses in the global market and take on management responsibilities in the future.

- Responsibilities
- ・Developing
new overseas markets in the industrial drone business, developing and building relationships with
overseas partner companies and agents, conducting sales activities and proposals
to overseas customers, formulating business strategies
through market research, customer analysis, and competitive analysis, planning and launching
new businesses, collaborating with overseas subsidiaries and providing future management support
・Planning and executing
marketing initiatives for business growth. For the first 2 to 3 years after joining, you will be engaged in solving key issues in sales and planning areas, and will be promoted to leadership roles based on your performance (planned).

- Requirements
- ・At least one year of B2B sales experience in new corporate sales (either direct sales or agency is acceptable)
・Business-level English proficiency
・Strong motivation and enthusiasm
for building a global company originating in Japan ・Intention to become a business manager or executive in the future
