You will be responsible for practical issuance of accounts receivable, annual updates of the EMTN Programme, portfolio management, and market information collection.

Job Description

  • Responsibilities
    Depending on your experience, you will be assigned the following tasks.
    ・You will be responsible for all practical issuance of receivables, consistently promoting negotiations with securities firms, planning pre-marketing strategies, and managing issuance schedules. Additionally, you will be responsible for managing multiple transactions simultaneously, coordinating and reaching consensus with issuers and related parties (securities companies, internal departments, regulatory authorities, etc.), and managing the consistency of disclosure responses.
    ・Responsible for project management of the annual EMTN Programme renewal, overseeing the entire renewal process through coordination with law firms, issuers, securities firms, and regulatory authorities. Additionally, you will promote the creation and submission management of Supplementary Prospectus, update related disclosure documents, and coordinate with audit firms.
    ・Responsible for managing issuance data of accounts receivable and monitoring the composition ratio of issuers through portfolio management. In addition, you will support handling rating agencies and preparing IR materials for investors, contributing to the advancement of external communication.
    ・Responsible for gathering market information through building and maintaining relationships with lead securities firms, and grasping trends in interest rates, spreads, investor demand, and more. At the same time, you will promote the review and proposal of new products and issuance conditions.
  • Requirements
    ・English proficiency at a business level or higher (TOEIC800 or higher)
    ・Experience in
    either A or B below: A- Bond underwriting operations in the DCM (Debt Capital Markets) division of a securities company: over 5 years (approx.) B
    - Capital market financing operations at banks and financial institutions (issuer side): Over 5 years (approx. estimate)
    ・Experience leading deals yourself (pricing / book building / execution)
    ・Project management experience coordinating multiple stakeholders (issuers, securities, legal, audit, regulatory) simultaneously
  • Preferred
    ・Practical experience
    in issuing Uridashi Bonds ・Experience in operating and updating
    EMTN / MTN Programmes ・Experience drafting and reviewing
    prospectuses ・Experience in cross-border bond issuance (Euro market, Asian markets)
    ・Knowledge
    in auto finance and sales finance industries ・Investor IR and roadshow experience

    ・Someone
    who can design their own schedule and move stakeholders without waiting for instructions ・Able to handle and build consensus
    among multiple stakeholders with differing interests, such as issuers, securities companies, audit firms, and law firms ・Able to accurately manage
    the details, regulatory response timelines, and comfort procedures of EMTN Prospectus ・Communication with securities company sales Someone
    who can negotiate with professionals, has a sense of interest rates and market acumen, can
    approach negotiations on terms, and is willing to be involved in the overall strategy formulation for Treasury in the future.
