This position is to plan and study new business strategies and collaboration schemes in the challenges of DXing logistics practices and solutions to the driver shortage in the logistics business. You will work on creating businesses in unexplored areas through mid- to long-term business concepts based on market and technology trends, coordination and negotiations for alliances, and collaboration with internal and external parties.

Job Description

  • Responsibilities
    Planning and formulation of short, medium and long term strategies in the logistics area
    ・Development of alliance strategies and contract negotiations with collaborative partners
    ・Organization and examination of business portfolio with an eye on market trends, etc.
  • Requirements
    Experience in business start-up, planning and proposal in business and service concept
    ・Experience in working with companies from different industries with different business practices
  • Preferred
    Experience in coordination and consensus building among multiple stakeholders
    ・Interest in emerging areas and uncertain business phases
    ・Business level English proficiency
    ・Awareness of the logistics industry
