While the company has a long history and a stable foundation, it is also taking on the challenge of doing business with the trends of the times. As for products for individuals, we mainly manufacture and sell in-vehicle equipment such as car navigation systems, car audio systems, and drive recorders. For corporate customers, the company's main business is mobility solution services. In addition to its own brand of car navigation systems, the company also supplies OEM products to automobile manufacturers for their OEM car navigation systems. from 2020, the company is partnering with a major automobile parts manufacturer to develop an integrated cockpit for the next generation of CASE vehicles.

In our company, which is undergoing a transformation into a solution service company, you will be responsible for projects from a technical perspective, standing between customers, business units, and technical departments.

Job Description

  • Responsibilities
    We visit various customers together with our sales staff to introduce our products and services from a technical point of view in an easy-to-understand manner.
    We carefully listen to the issues and requests that our clients have and propose the best solutions based on the information.
    Through dialogue with the client, we identify what functions and services are needed and compile them into specific requirements specifications. This requirement specification is an important document that serves as the basis for later development processes.
    In collaboration with application engineers, we request PoC (Proof of Concept) development to realize the customer's requirement specifications. The results are used to make proposals to the client, and the specifications are brushed up based on the feedback.
    The project manager coordinates with various internal stakeholders such as product managers, UX designers, and sales representatives to ensure the overall success of the project.

    Communication: Microsoft365 (Teams, Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Word, etc.)
    AI Support Tool: Microsoft Copilot
    Business PC: Windows
  • Requirements
    -Experience negotiating with customers and product owners
    -Experience creating technical documentation and defining requirements
    -Ability to understand the technical details of APIs and SDKs
    -Experience working as a presales or systems engineer
  • Preferred
    -Basic understanding of mobile/web application development
    -Knowledge of IoT systems
    -Project management experience
