You will be responsible for leading and executing an integrated marketing strategy to build brand equity, generate product demand, and support sales growth in specific markets. This role will focus on B2B marketing, channel marketing, campaign execution, and market communications tailored to fleet operators, logistics companies, and government agencies. You will need to work closely with product management, sales, and dealer network teams to ensure alignment with business objectives.

Job Description

  • Responsibilities
    ■ Marketing Strategy and Planning
    Develop and execute annual marketing plans and budgets for commercial vehicles in related segments (LCVs, MCVs, HCVs, buses, etc.)
    Define brand positioning, messaging and communication strategy in line with corporate and regional objectives
    Marketing goal setting (aligned with product roadmap, seasonal trends, and sales targets)
    ■Brand & Communication Management
    Oversee creation of marketing content, including brochures, product videos, and digital media
    Manage all advertising campaigns (print, TV, digital, outdoor)
    Collaborate with creative agencies, PR firms, and media partners in the planning and execution of campaigns
    ■ Channel & Dealer Marketing
    Planning and support of retail-level promotional campaigns and POS materials for the dealer network
    Work with channel partners to coordinate regional marketing activities, customer meetings, and vehicle roadshows
    Provide tools for dealers to comply with CI/brand guidelines and revitalize the local market
    ■Digital & Event Marketing
    Promote digital marketing initiatives such as social media, paid search, SEO, website updates, etc.
    ▪ Plan and execute participation in trade shows, exhibitions, and industry conferences
    ▪ Support online lead generation program development and CRM initiatives to track marketing ROI
    ■ Market intelligence and competitor tracking
    ▪ Monitor market trends, competitor product launches, pricing strategies, and customer behavior
    ▪ Monthly Marketing dashboards and campaign performance reports.
    Provide insight and support to sales and product teams for strategic decision making
    Customer Engagement
    Conduct customer experience programs, product experience campaigns, and customer satisfaction surveys. Identification and promotion of best practices for use cases and fleet operations.

    Define brand positioning, messaging, and communication strategy aligned with corporate and regional goals.
    Align marketing objectives with product roadmaps, seasonal trends, and sales targets.
    Brand & Communication Management
    ・Oversee creation of marketing content including brochures, product videos, digital media, presentations, and case studies. and case studies.
    Manage all advertising campaigns (print, TV, digital, outdoor) ensuring consistency in tone and visuals.
    Liaise with creative agencies, PR firms, and media partners for campaign development and delivery.

  • Requirements
    ▪ Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or Automotive Engineering (MBA preferred).
    ▪ Marketing experience in the automotive or commercial vehicle industry (approx. 5-8 years).
    ▪ Deep understanding of B2B marketing, industrial customer segments, and fleet buyer behavior.
    ∙ Experience managing marketing agencies, events, and campaigns end-to-end.
    -Excellent communication and content development skills
    -Proficiency with marketing tools (Adobe Creative Suite, CRM, analytical platforms)
    -Excellent project and budget management skills
    -Strategic thinking with practical execution skills
    -Cooperative and cross-functional Ability to influence teams
    ・Ability to travel as needed (15-25%)
    ・Language skills (Japanese-NA, English business or native level, Portuguese a plus)

    Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or Automotive Engineering; MBA preferred.
