This role will be responsible for developing and executing strategic sales plans, managing key global accounts, and promoting sales to our key overseas customers through collaboration with companies in multiple regions.

- Develop and execute global sales strategies to achieve sales and market share targets
- Develop new business with multinationals, leasing companies, logistics companies, etc.
- Build and maintain relationships with key client personnel
- Work with regional sales teams to localize strategies and assist with execution
- Negotiate high value contracts and international legal and regulatory Compliance
・Analysis of market, competitive, and customer trends and incorporation into strategies
・Prepare sales forecasts and reports and conduct performance analysis
・International meetings and visits to key international clients
Develop and implement global fleet sales strategies to achieve revenue and market share targets

- Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, international relations, or related field
- Work experience in sales, customer service, or business development (approx. 1-2 years)
- Strong interest in global markets, mobility solutions, and fleet management

- Excellent negotiation, communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a multi-cultural, fast-paced environment
