You will be in charge of planning and executing recruitment strategies to fill approximately 150~200 people per year and improve the quality of recruitment. In order to strengthen the acquisition of professional human resources due to the introduction of the Job type and delegate the authority of recruitment to the workplace, we are looking for people who can work on problem-solving recruitment rather than operational recruitment.

- Responsibilities
- ・Proposal
to solve recruitment-related issues to workplace stakeholders and HiringManagers, promote employee referral systems (referrals), alumni, plan and promote new recruitment measures, plan and promote new recruitment measures, plan and promote

- Requirements
- ・Those who have more than 5 years of experience in making proposals to stakeholders as a job change agent and in charge of companies, or those who have
at least 3 years of experience in actively involved in career recruitment of more than 100 people per year at a business company. ・Those who
have experience in identifying issues and making proposals to solve problems for internal or external customers. Those
who have experience in gaining commitment and achieving results while involving stakeholders, and those who have made suggestions for improvement in work and processes and contributed to the team's performance.
