Job Description

  • Responsibilities

    ■Technology Watch and Roadmap Development
    ・Intelligence activities:
    Conduct thorough analysis of competitors’ products and patents, and explore opportunities to transfer technologies from adjacent industries (consumer electronics, aerospace, etc.) into the automotive domain.
    ・Defining the future:
    Participate directly in roadmap planning for next-generation product development (TDP) to shape future industry standards.
  • Requirements
    ・Master's or doctoral degree or equivalent advanced technical background (optics, physics, electronics, materials engineering, etc.)
    ・Practical experience in R&D or advanced development in the manufacturing industry (especially automotive, optics, precision instruments) (estimated 10 years or more)
    ・Management experience
    ・Business level English proficiency: The ability to perform practical work without feeling language barriers in high-level technical discussions, negotiations, and documentation with global bases and overseas partners.

    ・Master's or Doctoral degree, or equivalent advanced technical background (e.g., optics, physics, electronics, materials engineering).
    ・Practical experience in R&D or advanced development in the manufacturing industry (preferably automotive, optical devices, or precision instruments) ? roughly 10+ years.
    ・Management Experience
    ・Business-level English proficiency: capable of conducting high-level technical discussions, negotiations, and documentation with global offices and international partners without language barriers.
