It is a company that develops mobility-related services and promotes the digitalization of transportation and transportation methods.
Utilizing its proprietary apps and platforms, it offers a variety of services centered on taxi dispatch services. As
one of only a dozen or so unicorn companies in Japan, it co-creates new mobility services with various companies.
You will be responsible for planning and designing new mobility services, collaborating with external partners, and driving new mobility services, including carpooling services that complement the intermediate realm between public transportation and taxis, and premium services offering high-quality mobility experiences for business and high-net-worth individuals.
This position is to proactively lead projects focused on service groups with different values, addressing challenges in the mobility sector and creating new mobility value.
Job Description

- Responsibilities
- ・Consideration of business strategies and tactics and on-site deployment
・Formulation of KPIs and coordination with
sales organizations ・Formulation
of service and product requirements ・Coordination and promotion of requirements with related departments such as product/marketing/sales/corporate departments

- Requirements
- ・Experience in launching a business or planning (approximately: 3 years or more)
・Experience in independently identifying issues ~ planning and implementing
solutions through ownership ・Experience in accurate communication inside and outside the company and involving those around you ・
Ability to independently gather
and organize a wide range of information on markets, customers, competitors, etc. ・Logical thinking skills
・Ability to think and make decisions from an ROI perspective
