You will lead the facility management area from a planning and overall management position. While building on addressing issues at each location, you will also manage budget management, governance, and contractor management in an integrated manner, leading the planning and promotion of initiatives from a company-wide optimal perspective.

- ・Strategy and addressing
issues at each site, formulating and promoting improvement policies / Handling
cross-site themes and management special projects from the top point ・Governance and policy deployment
Company-wide and headquarters initiatives to hubs and promotion of operational retention / Establishment of rules and processes, operational monitoring
, budgeting, and cost management
Formulation of facility-related business plans / management of budgets, actual results, and forecasts and improvement proposals

general affairs of contractors / management of facility-related tasks / promotion
of optimization of business quality, costs, and systems ・Office and real estate management
/ Capital investment to maintain and improve office environments / Planning and execution of repair plans / Management and renewal of lease contracts, negotiation, area management, Business Tax Response
, Disaster Prevention, Risk / Security Management
: Formulation and operation of disaster prevention plans in collaboration with disaster prevention officers / Formulation and management of physical security policies at sites

- Requirements
- ・Experience leading planning, management, and improvement
in facilities, general affairs, real estate, and back office areas; coordinating with multiple stakeholders (locations, business divisions, management, contractors, etc.) to move
things forward; experience working on business improvements
from a management perspective through budget and cost management; involving members and stakeholders, Experience as a management or leader who has delivered results as a team
