The company is currently focusing its efforts on four key areas: [Electrification, Connected Vehicles, Advanced Safety/Autonomous Driving, and Non-Automotive Businesses (Factory Automation/Agriculture)]. Specifically, in the field of autonomous driving, the company is conducting real-world road tests for Level 4 autonomous driving and is working toward a future of safe and secure mobility systems.

To enable vehicles to provide value such as accident-free autonomous driving and entertainment spaces tailored to individual preferences, the evolution of computers that integrate and control the entire in-vehicle electronic system is essential.

Meanwhile, as projects continue to grow in scale beyond previous levels, the difficulty of project management is increasing.

Against this backdrop, our department was established as a specialized project management unit.

Job Description

  • Responsibilities
    We are currently running large-scale integrated computer projects for various OEMs, and you will be responsible for one of them. Specifically:

    ・Coordinating requirements, delivery terms, and schedules with customers

    ・Coordinating with development departments, resolving issues, and driving development forward

    ・Profitability management
  • Requirements


    Applicants who meet any of the following criteria

    ・Those who have been involved in mass production development of automotive products

    ・Experience in project management

    ・Possessing knowledge equivalent to PMBOK/Project Manager (IPA)

    ・Experience in IT system development

    ・Experience in SIer/Solution Sales

    ・Vendor control (planning management, cost management, etc.)

    ・Experience in technical sales

    ・Positive individuals

    who enjoy achieving results while collaborating with many stakeholders ・Motivated

    to take on challenges ・English proficiency
