Job Description

- Responsibilities
- -Expand direct sales to customers (mainly construction and agricultural equipment) and sales to distributors.
-Increase profitability - improve prices of low-margin products.
-Prepare sales and order forecasts for customer and distributor sales.
-Shortening of payment periods and reduction of uncollectibles.
-Confirmation of customer specifications for new and existing products.
-Gathering information about customers, competitors, and other markets.
-Communication and reporting with overseas BUs (Business units).

- Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in sales to OEM or distributors in the automotive industry OR construction machinery OR agricultural machinery.
At least 4 college graduates.
Japanese: business level, English: business level.
MS Office (Excel, Word, Power Point) useable.
Communication skills, presentation skills, ability to achieve goals, positive attitude.
