In order to accelerate the global expansion of the engineering organization, this position is for the launch of overseas offices, focusing on the recruitment of foreign engineers.
The most important mission of this position is to build and operate a recruiting system from scratch at the new overseas development base, and to lead the recruitment of local engineers to a successful conclusion, which will directly lead to business growth.
The most attractive point of this position is that you will be able to build trusting relationships with local agents and engineers, and create a recruiting experience in the local market by yourself that will make people want to work for this organization.
This position will require a short-term overseas assignment ranging from 2 weeks to a maximum of 3 months.
Job Description

- Responsibilities
- Planning and execution of engineering recruitment strategy for overseas offices
(Define recruitment requirements, design operations, create local recruitment system)
Negotiate with local agents, build candidate relationships
-Design and operate recruitment process including screening, interviewing and closing
Select and operate recruitment channels (owned media, SNS, scouting, agents, etc.)
Improvement of measures based on customer journey design and funnel analysis
Establishment of operational structure after organization launch and ongoing global recruitment support after return

- Requirements
- ■Manager/Leader Class
English proficiency at business level or above (TOEFL iBT80 / IELTS 6.5 or above) and Japanese proficiency (JLPT N1 or above)
Experience working overseas, setting up overseas offices, or equivalent experience
Experience developing strategies and operations in the recruitment, HR, or human resources industry
Management experience (team or project-based)

Business level or above English proficiency (guideline: TOEFL iBT 80 / IELTS 6.5 or above)
Recruitment experience is not required. Willingness to challenge HR and human resources in a global area.
No problems with short-term assignments (2 weeks to 3 months) at overseas locations.

Experience recruiting, placing, and supporting global talent (RA/CA/overseas support, etc.)
Experience traveling internationally or working with multicultural teams
Experience working in a multinational organization/startup
