Job Description

- Responsibilities
- The Talent Acquisition team, which reports directly to the Tech VPoE Office, is responsible for the overall hiring of English speakers. This is not simply a headcount increase, but rather an organization that is built in coordination with management and managers to pursue both headcount expansion and development productivity improvement.
Develop and implement a recruitment plan
Realize engineer recruitment using all recruitment methods
Develop and implement a recruitment PR strategy/marketing strategy

- Requirements
- High level of interest and enthusiasm for organizational development and recruitment
Exceptional track record of achievement and success in recruitment or other areas
Business level or higher English (IELTS 6.5 or TOEFL iBT 80 or higher is recommended)
Business level or higher Japanese (JLPT N1 is recommended)

Experience recruiting engineers/designers
Experience recruiting for high-stakes positions
