Job Description

  • Responsibilities
    (1) Contractual legal affairs: NDAs, basic purchasing contracts, basic distributor contracts, outsourcing contracts, business alliance contracts, joint development contracts, legal checks and drafts of memorandums of understanding, etc.

    (2) Education of legal knowledge in-house: Preparation and internal deployment of educational materials on the Subcontract Act, Personal Information Protection Act, etc., sending out legal newsletters on an irregular basis, informing employees of various legal revisions, and conducting business law training for new employees

    (3) Risk management and compliance-related operations: handling anti-company checks, holding Risk Management and Compliance Committee meetings, etc.

    (4) General affairs and general affairs operations: handling company seal stamping, secretarial support, telephone support, etc.
