Job Description

  • Responsibilities
    Serve as the single point of contact between the customer and internal project teams
    Manage new product launches to ensure alignment with customer expectations
    Oversee scope negotiations, resource planning, and delivery tracking
    Lead communication and coordination for design changes, gateway reviews, and risk mitigation
    Ensure profitability through effective scope and change control
    Provide project updates and manage cross-functional teams across SW, design, purchasing, and supplier quality
    Develop and communicate customer-focused strategies and technical solutions
    Maintain Maintain internal communication of project risks, status, and business implications
    Apply strong knowledge of automotive electronics, including clusters, infotainment, and cockpit infotainment, and cockpit controllers
  • Requirements
    Bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent
    10-15 years of experience in the automotive industry
    Strong project management experience, including budget responsibility
    Business-level proficiency in Japanese
    Deep knowledge of automotive development and production processes
    Experience in product launch and software project deliveries
    Familiarity with vehicle systems, software, and hardware architecture architecture
    Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
