It is a joint venture established by German and Japanese auto parts manufacturers, providing climate control systems for automobiles. This joint venture provides heating and air conditioning solutions for special-purpose vehicles such as buses, trucks, construction vehicles, and campers to improve vehicle comfort and safety in the Japanese market.
