We are a Japanese-affiliated company mainly engaged in the automobile purchase business and auction business. We are monetizing these two businesses by optimizing them through DX. As a result of sincere efforts to address market challenges, the purchase service has increased significantly from the second half of 2022, and the sales portfolio has changed dramatically since the company's establishment.

In addition to our recent mid-career hiring, we have begun to take on the challenge of hiring new graduates that we hope to develop over the future.

We are looking for a manager dedicated to recruitment in order to promote many such people to join our team.

The hiring manager will be responsible for tailoring and implementing strategies for mid-career and new graduate hiring (business and engineering side) and managing the hiring group based on the above background.

    0 Tailoring and executing short-, mid- and long-term recruitment strategies (new graduates and mid-career)
    0 Managing a recruiting group or team

    (Other missions of the recruiting organization)
    ・Liaise with management and field department heads
    ・Hiring KPI management
    ・Population formation through each recruiting channel (agents, direct sourcing, referrals, etc.)
    ・Design and promote communication plans from the start of selection to hiring decisions

  • Requirements
    At least 3 years of experience in new graduate and mid-career recruiting
    - Experience in leading or managing a recruiting process
    - Experience in leading or managing a recruiting team

    Experience in IT or venture company recruiting for new graduates and mid-career
    ・Human resources experience in IT/web industry
